In the UK we have something called "supper", which typically refers to a a light meal before bed. Versus the US description of "supper" which often seems interchangeable with the word dinner.
On a whim this morning I decided to have a supper reminiscent of my late Dad. A cup of hot tea with Milk & Sugar, Milton
Multigrain Crackers, Strawberry, and Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese. A delicious and relaxing way to end day while reading a book for an hour, and waiting for my meds to kick in.
Although both a really good, I prefer Walmart's "Great Value" brand
of Strawberry Cream Cheese to the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, however I prefer
the Philadelphia Smoked Salmon to Walmart’s.
